Strength training changed my life — and it’s changed the lives of hundreds of women I’ve worked with. It’s one of the most powerful tools we have for long-term health, hormone balance, and body confidence.
But I also know that private coaching can feel financially out of reach — especially when you're just getting started.

Hi! I'm Jenn
Online fitness coach and toddler mom. I help determined women 35+ who are tired of losing and gaining the same 10lb and are ready to learn what it takes to live a lean life forever with my signature strength training and macro program, Lean for Life.
After a 10 year career in bikini bodybuilding, I hung up my heels to start the next chapter in my life as a mama. With the innumerable new challenges of raising a human along with the physical changes post partum and several injuries, and after turning 40, I became increasingly more in tune with how to take what I learned as a competitive athlete and adapt that to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
I have coached thousands of women over the last 15 years and realized that fitness success is about more than just a new workout program and the next fad diet. I am passionate about the human potential, and what it really takes to build lean, toned, beautifully shaped muscle, as well as the role that food plays in shaping our bodies, health, and wellness!Â
That is why I have taken the next step to create 12 Weeks to Lean & Lean for Life - an online program where you learn as you do, surrounded by other like-minded women on the same journey to shift to living a lean life for good, and supported by me as your coach and guide!
